Kim is absolutely amazing! We were in a unique situation where we had to buy our home before we even saw it. It was extremely stressful as it was also our first home. We were in Hawaii and had to do all the viewings over FaceTime. Despite all these obstacles Kim was there for us day or night especially with the 6hr time change. She walked us through every step of the process, helped us work out what we could reasonably afford without pushing us to something more expensive, and she overall just made sure we got the best bang for our buck. She answered every single we question I had about not just the buying of the house but the neighborhoods, house maintenance, and any other thing I could think of! I am so glad we had her as our realtor and we have already personally recommended her to several of our friends looking to buy in this area!
