Kim was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and was able to provide us with detailed information about each neighborhood we were considering. She was always quick to respond to our questions and was very accommodating in setting up virtual tours and video calls since we were unable to physically view homes in person. She listened to our needs and preferences and was able to narrow down our options to homes that fit our criteria. She was also very patient and understanding as we navigated the process of purchasing a home from out of state. Kim is absolutely amazing! We were in a unique situation where we had to buy our home before we even saw it. It was extremely stressful as it was also our first home. We were in Hawaii and had to do all the viewings over FaceTime. Despite all these obstacles Kim was there for us day or night especially with the 6hr time change. She walked us through every step of the process, helped us work out what we could reasonably afford without pushing us to something more expensive, and she overall just made sure we got the best bang for our buck.
